Terms

1. Content Restriction Policy

All posts, articles, and submissions on this website must pertain exclusively to the state of Rajasthan. Any content or submissions related to regions outside Rajasthan will not be published and are subject to removal.

2. Image Usage Policy

All images published on this website should include a watermark for authenticity and copyright protection.

3. Cite policy

To ensure fairness and maintain clarity in attribution, only the top 5 contributors—determined by the volume and quality of their verified contributions—will be included in the citation note for this publication or project. This decision has been made to highlight the most active and impactful contributors while keeping the citation concise and manageable.

Contributors are ranked based on the following criteria:

Consistency and Engagement: Regular involvement and sustained efforts over time.

Quantity of Verified Contributions: The number of accurate and meaningful entries submitted.

Quality of Contributions: The relevance, correctness, and significance of the provided information.

4. Handling Duplicate Posts

To maintain the accuracy and integrity of our data, any duplicate posts identified during the review process (by Editor) will be carefully handled as follows:

Identification of Duplicates:
Duplicate posts refer to multiple entries that provide information about the same species, either within the same Family or across related categories.

Merging of Duplicates:
If duplicates are deemed necessary for inclusion (e.g., they contain complementary information), they will be merged into a single, consolidated post. This ensures that all relevant details are preserved while eliminating redundancy.

Unique Species Count:
By merging duplicate posts, we aim to provide a unique and accurate count of species in our database or documentation. This approach avoids inflation of numbers due to repeated entries for the same species.

Credit Attribution:
Contributions from all authors involved in the duplicate posts will be acknowledged in the final, merged post, ensuring fair recognition of efforts. The first Publisher will be the main Author.
